Practical information
Our reception is open 24/7 to welcome you at any time and answer all your requests.
Don't hesitate to ask us for any recommendations for places, activities or restaurants.
Your room is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
We can arrange an early check-in or late check-out (extra charge and subject to availability).
Breakfast is served as a buffet on the ground floor of the hotel (or in your room on request), every day from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.
It is available at an additional cost of €18.00 per person (free for children under 12).
You’ll enjoy a 50-minute session every day in our private spa. The spa is open from 8:00 am to 1:00 am and is located in the hotel’s basement. Reservations are required.
We can store your luggage at the front desk safely and free of charge.
We offer a private shuttle service to take you to or from the destination of your choice: train stations, airports or any other destination.
This service is extra and must be booked no later than the day before your trip.
Room facilities
Your room is equipped with a telephone. You can contact reception by dialing 9.
You'll find useful numbers on the welcome card distributed on arrival.
Enjoy international channels to follow the news or watch your favorite shows easily.
Your room is equipped with a safe for your personal belongings. You'll find the instructions next to the safe.
A courtesy tray is available free of charge to serve you tea and/or coffee throughout your stay.
We can replenish it upon request at the reception.
A minibar is available in your room to provide you with refreshments and snacks throughout your stay.
Products are extra charge. Please indicate what you have consumed on the welcome card distributed at check-in and return it to us upon check-out.
You can set the temperature in your room to suit your preferences using the control box provided.
Depending on the season and to avoid over consumption of energy, the system is set to air-conditioning OR heating. It is not possible to change this setting.
Welcome products (shower gel, shampoo, body cream) are available in the bathroom.
If required, we can restock them on request at reception.
A hairdryer is available in the bathroom of your room.
However, if the power is not sufficient, we can provide you a more powerful one.
An ironing board and iron are provided in the room.
To help reduce water, energy, and laundry detergent consumption, we encourage you to reuse your towels during your stay.

- Towels on the floor: We will replace these.
